Dance Again: Grief is Healing
by Nathan Peterson
A father’s raw account of grief, love, and living again.
ABOUT THE BOOK
A father’s honest account of life after the death of his daughter
When Nathan Peterson’s daughter Olivia died after 14 months of life, he began writing through the months that followed. Dance Again is his candid, dated account of a father’s grief: numbness and anger, strain in marriage and family life, questions about faith, and small moments of rest and connection that did not erase his loss.
For bereaved parents and anyone who wants to understand child loss from the inside, this book offers companionship without a timetable for healing or a demand to “move on.” Nathan shares what it meant to keep loving Olivia while learning to live with her absence.
Dance Again follows So Am I, Nathan’s journal of Olivia’s life. Each book can be read on its own.
“A book that should be read.” — Dr. Larry Crabb, author of Shattered Dreams
“Helped me touch in with my own grief, gently, and feel both greater connection to what really matters and deeper healing. I am so grateful!” — e-book reader
