Belief and Love is built from the same cosmological architecture explored in my nonfiction work on the Great Wheel and the Ten Gates — the Realms, the thresholds, and the quiet mechanism by which belief protects itself from scrutiny the moment scrutiny would cost you something you love. Readers familiar with that framework will recognize its fingerprints on every page, though this book asks nothing of you but to read it as what it is: a story about two people who were never given the chance to see themselves clearly, and what they built instead.
