At Motivated Savages, we’re committed to making your experience positive, whether you’re ordering custom merchandise or booking a coaching session. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and rescheduling.
🛍️ Physical Products (Printify Orders)
All merchandise is printed on demand through Printify, which means each item is made just for you.
🔁 Returns
We only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged items
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect size or item (if it does not match your order)
To request a return:
- Email motivatedsavages@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue quickly
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Delays due to shipping carriers
💵 Refunds
If your return is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement item at no extra cost
- Or a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
📥 Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads (eBooks, templates, guides) are final.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
- If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email us for assistance.
🧠 Coaching Sessions
We understand life happens—here’s what you need to know:
⏳ Rescheduling
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty
- Use your booking confirmation link or contact us via email
❌ Missed Sessions / Late Cancellations
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited with no refund
- No-shows are considered non-refundable
💡 Refund Exceptions
If you feel your coaching session did not meet expectations, we invite you to contact us. We value feedback and may offer:
- A one-time reschedule
- Partial credit toward a future session
