About Me

I don’t come from the typical leadership coaching mold.

My journey started in a courtroom. I was running a family treatment drug court, standing beside people in their darkest moments. I watched parents claw their way back from addiction, rebuild broken trust, and fight like hell to become the kind of people their children needed. I wasn’t handing out second chances. I was helping people earn them; with structure, support, and the radical belief that they were worth the work.

That experience changed me.
It stripped away the fluff and left me focused on what really matters:
Compassion. Grit. Accountability. Growth.

Eventually, I moved into the world of Human Resources. It was a different setting, but the same mission. Whether it’s guiding someone through a promotion, helping a leader rise with confidence, or shaping a culture that feels more human, my focus has always been the same:

To help people remember who the hell they are, and rise accordingly.

And here’s the truth. Everything I build, write, and coach isn’t just for others.
It’s for me, too.
This isn’t performance. It’s personal.
I am on this path right alongside you.

Why I Coach

Some people fall into coaching.
I was born for it.

I’ve spent my life tuned into behavior; reading patterns, catching what’s said between the lines, and noticing where people flinch or shrink back. Before I ever got certified as a Winslow Coach, I was already doing the work. I helped people get honest, shift their mindset, and move forward with more power than they thought they had.

I don’t do bandaids. I don’t do hype.
I do transformation that sticks.
I help people clear the noise, own their story, and move like they mean it.

And coaching doesn’t just fuel others. It grounds me.
It keeps my growth alive. It holds up a mirror.
It pushes me to live in alignment with what I teach.

Because if I’m not growing, I have no business helping you grow.
So I do the work. Every single day.

The Writer’s Thread

Words have always been my way through.
Through change. Through challenge. Through clarity.

Right now, I’m writing Shadows on the Road, a psychological mystery set in coastal Maine. On the surface, it’s about a cycling community rocked by a string of murders. Underneath, it’s about the masks we wear, the grief we carry, and the ambition that drives us; sometimes into the dark.

That same depth runs through my blog at Motivated Savages. I write about identity, mindset, leadership, and the quiet work of becoming someone you actually respect. These aren’t shallow listicles. They’re soul-first reflections for people who crave meaning, momentum, and a mirror.
