Since all items are printed on demand through trusted print providers, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives with an issue, we’re here to resolve it promptly.


  1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept requests for returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products: Items arrive with visible misprints, manufacturing defects, or damage from shipping.

Incorrect Orders: You received the wrong item, size, or design.

Please Note:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

As each product is custom-made, please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.


  1. How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@motivatedsavages.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Photos of the product clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect print.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.


  1. Resolution Process

If we confirm an issue with your order:

Replacements: A new product will be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost.

Refunds: If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your bank.


  1. Cancellations & Address Errors

Order Cancellations: Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Incorrect Address: If the shipping address you provided is incorrect and the order is returned:

We can reship the item to the corrected address at your expense.

Refunds are not available for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


  1. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unexpected delays (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions) may occur. Motivated Savages is not responsible for delays once your order has shipped.
