Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, choose your favorite items, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. Your items will then be custom-made and shipped directly to you.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Because all products are custom-made through Printify, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at admin@motivatedsavages.com with your order number.
Q: Do you offer custom or personalized products?
A: Yes, some items can be personalized! Check the product page for customization options or reach out if you have specific requests.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We use Printify’s network of production partners, with facilities located throughout the United States. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location, whenever possible, to ensure faster delivery.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Total delivery time includes production and shipping:
- Production Time: 2–7 business days for custom manufacturing.
- Shipping Time:
- Economy: 4–8 business days.
- Standard: 2–5 business days.
- Express: 1–3 business days (where available).
Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping method selected.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your package.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that some express shipping options may not be available for these locations.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons like size or preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Email us at admin@motivatedsavages.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are only possible if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available during checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes, Shopify’s secure payment system ensures that your payment information is encrypted and protected. We do not store your payment details.
Product Information
Q: How are your products made?
A: Our products are custom-made through Printify’s print-on-demand service. Each item is crafted with care and only produced after you place your order to minimize waste and ensure quality.
Q: How do I care for my products?
A: Care instructions are included on the product page and with your order. For most apparel, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve the design.
What Should I Do After Receiving My Order?
Once you receive your order, look for an email from customer@trackorder.site. Use this email to submit feedback or report any issues directly to customer support.
